1. Information We Collect

Optimized Performance Solutions, LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company ("Company", "we", "us"), operates the optimyzer.me platform (d/b/a OPTIMYZER). To deliver trading gateway access and webhook services, we collect necessary account identifiers including your email address, securely hashed passwords (managed via Supabase Auth), and optionally, API keys for third-party brokerages (e.g., Robinhood, Tradier) and Telegram Chat IDs for trade routing and notifications.

2. How We Protect Your Data (Encryption)

We take security seriously. Any third-party broker API credentials you provide are encrypted at rest in our PostgreSQL database using symmetric Fernet AES-256 encryption. Your keys are decrypted in-memory by our backend workers solely at the moment a trade signal is validated and routed. We do not expose raw API keys via our frontend dashboards.

3. Third-Party Data Processors

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We utilize trusted third-party sub-processors strictly for operational functionality:

• Stripe: For secure subscription billing and payment processing. We do not store your credit card data on our servers.
• Supabase: For secure JWT-based user authentication and encrypted database hosting.

4. Telemetry & Analytics

We log high-level execution telemetry (e.g., webhook latency, routing success rates, and paper trading simulation logs) to monitor system health and improve platform performance. We do not share your private trading strategies or individual transaction histories with external marketing agencies.

5. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You may request to delete your OPTIMYZER account at any time. Upon account deletion, all active subscriptions will be canceled, and your encrypted broker Vault credentials will be permanently purged from our databases.
